Registration

Registration takes place via the registration form or by e-mail and is binding. By registering you accept the General Terms and Conditions. Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received.You will receive a booking confirmation and an invoice.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your participation free of charge until 6 weeks before the start of the event. A later cancellation up to two weeks before the event, will be charged with 50% of the course fees. Less than two weeks before the event the full amount is due. You can name a suitable substitute person free of charge.

We reserve the right to cancel the event if the number of participants is too low, if the trainer is ill or for other urgent or unforeseeable reasons. Fees already paid will be refunded. 
Our liability is limited to refund only course fees. There is no refund of travel expenses or other costs.

Specification of services

The seminar fees include the service according to the course description.

Copyright

The dissemination of the course materials is only allowed with the consent of the trainer.
Recording the event as well as photographing the screen or the presentation and publishing parts of the event is not permitted without permission.

Data Policy

You agree to Konzelmann Consulting’s data policy.

Confidentiality

Participants agree to keep private topics or statements made during the event confidential..This also applies after the end of the event.
