Since I have been in contact with mindfulness for the first time in 2011, its positive effects accompany me every day.
And I am convinced that it is also a useful approach in a work environment – for collaborators and managers.
To be aware of own reactions and behaviours is the precondition for leading others.

allowed me to exchange with internationally renowned experts.
My certifications as
- “Trainer for Progressive Muscle Relaxation” (Jacobson) and
- “Trainer for stress mangement”
broadened my view on the topic.
Mindfulness and stress management can be part of coaching sessions or topics for trainings.
