It is important to me to not only offer theoretical insights but also to give the opportunity to try out the newly acquired knowledge so that it will become a skill.

Another important aspect is the exchange with other participants in order to share best practice or experiences.

To better cope with stressful situations is important to me. The ever-increasing complexity of the world creates a stronger need for a clear mind.

Mindfulness and more broadly coping with stress offer solutions on different levels.
